The Voices of Two Mujeres
Bienvenidos (Welcome) All to The Voices of Two Mujeres!!! The Goal of TVOTM is to spread Cervical Cancer Awareness along with other women's health issues and more importantly, to encourage women to be their own health advocates. Cervical Cancer is 100% preventable, yet 11 women still die every day. Latina women are the most affected by this preventable disease, and are twice as likely to get diagnosed with cervical cancer in comparison to non-Latina women. The death rate for them is almost 50% higher than any other ethnic group. EDUCAR - CUIDARSE - PREVENIR (EDUCATE - CARE - PREVENT)
